Hello, I am Natalie Birks MAR,MFHT. A qualified reflexologist,masseuse and reiki practitioner, practising locally such as Plymouth and surrounding areas and Totnes in Devon, Nationally and throughout Europe.

About Me:

I have qualified as a reflexologist, with The South Devon School of Reflexology tutored by Jane Holt. This was an intensive diploma, which is accredited to the Association of Reflexologists.
I have always had a ongoing deep interest in energy healing, and having received reflexology myself, found it to be both interesting and effective, which spurred me on to study this qualification in great detail, and become an accredited qualified reflexologist, so that I too can help my clients in so many ways.

I hold the latest revised VTCT diploma in holistic body massage and I am a full member of the FHT. So you can be sure my knowledge ensures that you will receive the latest up-to-date techniques.

I hold the City & Guilds PTLLS 7303, which has replaced the City & Guilds 7307 Certificate in Teaching Adult Learners.
I am continuing in Higher Education so that I am always up to date with the latest techniques and knowledge.

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the FHT Federation of Holistic Therapies I have the correct insurance and I abide by a strict code of conduct and ethics.... which protects you as a client as well as myself as a therapist , so you can come in confidence knowing that the treatment plan will be suited to your needs.

I am also a Reiki Practitioner, I was trained in Ireland by a japanese reiki master called Hideto Nakagome. See more about this under page of Reiki...

I have completed the Maternity Reflexology Diploma tutored by Moshe Kruchik, on Pregnancy and Child birth as well as Fertility and Newborns...

How to find me....

I run my clinic mainly from home which is based just behind Endsleigh Garden centre in Ivybridge, Devon. However I am able to give mobile visits if required for an additional fee...( See FAQ's and prices page). I am easily accessible off the A38, which is six miles outside of Plymouth and about sixteen miles from Totnes, I have clients from the surrounding areas in Devon such as Totnes,South Brent, Saltash, Plymouth, Tavistock, and Ivybridge and also from Paignton in Torbay and Exeter,Devon. There is ample parking facilities in our(off road)drive which is of about 60ft wide.

I also run a cattery with my husband Mike. The cattery is adjacent to our home. The sign for the cattery will enable you to realise you have found your correct destination, and come up to my house for treatment. The therapy room is at ground floor level, and has an up to date modern therapy table, built with memory foam for extra comfort. !
